Floors are widely covered with lava due to a magma cube spawner and are guarded by either a sword-wielding Piglin or Piglin Brute. Nether wart crops are found in nether fortresses and bastions. They can spawn.A Bastion Remnant and a Nether Fortress can be found right nearby one another. This leads me to believe that Nether Wart may be a domesticated crop rather than one found in the wild. Basalt deltas will never spawn a Bastion, so avoid that biome at all cost. Crimson forests are the best place to start from.

Bastion Remnants tend to spawn most often in the following biomes: Nether wastes, crimson forest, warped forest and even soul sand valley. Contrary to what you said, Nether Wart isnt found everywhere in the Nether. These are the only places in which you can find the Pigstep music disc and the snout banner pattern. You can find small Nether Wart farms inside the housing unit type of Bastion Remnant. Piglins have been busy storing away loot and, as you might expect, they won’t be happy to give it up.
